Our customer is looking to recruit an experiencedCNC Millerto join their Team who manufacture parts for the Oil, Gas & Aerospace Industries.They have invested in New Machinery and have a new Management Team overseeing the Shop Floor
As part of a successful team this role requires the candidate to haveexperienceof:
- Programming and Setting Mazak or Haas machinesfor one off components usingMazatrol &ISOprogramming
- The ability to machine a variety of exotic materials including Inconel, Super Duplex, Titanium etc.
- Experience machining medium to large components supplied to the Oil, Gas and Aerospace Industry Standards
It isessentialthat the applicant haveexperienceof:
- Programming using Fanuc or Mazatrol high precision controls
- Machining to tight tolerances
- Reading and interpret engineering drawings
- Time served Engineer
As most of the work is bespoke and a high percentage one offs and small batch runs, this is aninterestingandvariedposition working with your "Buddy" on the opposite shift. This position requires a strongTeam Playerwho will share knowledge and experience.
There are various shift patterns 6am till 2pm, 2pm till 10pm with an opportunity of overtime as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 42,000.00-48,000.00 per year
