Your new companyA great opportunity, a permanent HR Manager job for a fast-paced, multicultural, collaborative, global, blue-collar organisation in Hertfordshire.Your new roleAs a permanent HR Manager, you will report to the HR Director who is based remotely. You will have 3 direct reports to you. Your role will be both strategic and hands-on operational.Duties will include:Implementing the HR strategy for the UKCollaborating with the senior leadership team to understand and support the organisation's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruitment, retention and organisational restructure.Develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management.Have an awareness of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, C&B, talent management, and employment law and utilise your awareness to streamline and improve HR processes, policies and procedures.Support and coach managers and supervisors to empower them with their knowledge of employee relations or other soft skills.Manages the UK HR team through coaching, planning and supervision and ensuring a high level of efficiency, service and competence within the team.Embrace, implement and lead change within the organisation, empowering employees and managers.What you'll need to succeedYou must have experience as an HR Manager, ideally in a blue-collar environment.You must have experience managing a small team.You must have experience overseeing payroll.You will ideally be qualified to level 7 of the CIPD or equivalent.What you'll get in returnA great opportunity for an HR Manager who likes to make a difference.
