As a HR Advisor, you will be first line support for our valued customers on a wide variety of people related issues for a range of customers, giving sound advice and guidance for best practice. You will be a working with a team of experienced HR Advisors and Consultants, along with a buzzing support team!

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, well organised, team player and possesses excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • You will be first line support for employer relations advice, assessing needs and requirements or escalating to appropriate key contacts.
  • Create employee relation letters for customers based on their specific and individual needs in relation to disciplinaries, grievances and management of sickness absence etc.
  • Support customers with formal meetings including the review of meetings notes and advising customers on process to determine outcomes
  • Create bespoke policies, procedures, and people guidelines for a wide range of customers
  • Conduct exit and return to work interviews with employees on behalf of our customers
  • Supporting Customers with disciplinary/investigation meetings
  • Supporting HR Consultants in creation of tailored training content to meet customer needs

What can you bring?

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the role of ER or HR Advisor with a track record of successfully managing a wide variety of ER matters
  • Level 5 CIPD qualification, or working towards
  • Experience in working on HR case management systems and HR platforms (such as BreatheHR/CharlieHR/PeopleHR)
  • Experience of Microsoft Office 365/Microsoft Teams
  • An excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate with gravitas to our customers
  • An excellent up to date understanding of current UK employment legislation
  • A strong work ethic and above all, be focused on delivering an exceptional service to our existing and future customers!
