As an HR Process Officer/Advisor, you will bring comprehensive administrative, project and advisory support to the Company across all Business Functions. This role supports achieving organisational goals through streamlined HR processes, adherence to ISO requirements, and effective data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, well organised, team player and possesses excellent communication skills.

This role is based at our Tring office and will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage and oversee visa and immigration compliance processes for customers, including coordination of required documentation, compliance tracking, and liaison with stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to employees and customers on visa-related queries, ensuring all processes are compliant with the latest immigration laws and company policies.
  • Reporting and stakeholder management, as required.
  • Conduct regular internal audits in line with ISO standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director and other senior managers to schedule, lead, and report on ISO audits.
  • Update and maintain process and procedure policies to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations.
  • Generate, analyse and interpret HR metrics and data for reporting to leadership and stakeholders, using HRIS and other systems.
  • Identify trends within HR data to advise on actionable improvements or new initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and regular reports to support HR operations and business decisions.
  • Work with all areas of the business to create and refine HR processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Provide support on projects related to organisational change, employee onboarding, and process optimisation.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and guides, particularly around onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Act as a liaison for customer queries, particularly around visa documentation, and HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely responses and escalation where necessary.

What can you bring to the team?

  • Proven experience in a similar HR role with a focus on process development, compliance, and HR systems.
  • Solid understanding of visa and immigration procedures and ISO auditing
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data reporting.
  • Key attention to detail and able to work independently or as part of a team working on projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders across various levels.
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification(desirable)
  • Project management skills (desirable)
