The Company
My client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Production TestTechnician to join theteam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing printed circuit boards and complete assemblies, recording results, and assisting in the development of testing procedures.
The role also involves fault-finding and repair of equipment, both in-house and third-party, ensuring all work meets ISO9001/2008 standards
The Role
Conduct tests on printed circuit boards according to issued test specifications.
Wire and test complete assemblies and equipment based on provided specifications.
Accurately record test results following ISO9001/2008 procedures as documented in the Quality Manuals.
Assist in the development and improvement of testing procedures and records to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Diagnose and repair faults in my clients produced and third-party equipment and boards.
Service in-house and third-party equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
The Candidate
Experienced working in an electronic test environment
Must come from a hands-on test background not automated testing
Must be able to fault find down to component level from drawings
Use to working in a small company would be beneficial
Able to use electronic test equipment
Comfortable using laboratory equipment
Strong soldering experience would be advantageous
The Package
The salary offered for this position is 30,000- 40,000 to a candidate who can meet all key qualifications and abilities
