Sonic Summary

Our client, a respected Estate Agent in the Tring Area, is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their expanding team.
The position offers a basic salary of up to £27,000 with an OTE of up to £40,000 and a market-leading commission structure.
Candidates should have a minimum of previous experience in estate agency and a proven track record in winning market appraisals.
The role includes responsibilities such as attending valuations, securing instructions, booking viewings, and negotiating offers.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, with Saturdays required on a 1 out of 2 basis, and the role includes 28 days of holiday and ongoing training.

Our client, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Tring Area, is looking to employ a Senior Sales Negotiator for their expanding firm. Ideally, they are looking for an individual who has a strong presence in the local area of Tring and a deep understanding of the market.

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:

Up to £27,000 Basic
Up to £40,000 OTE
Market Leading Commission Structure

Monday to Friday | 09:00– 18:00
Saturday’s | 1 out of 2 | 09:00 – 17:00
Day in Lieu

Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:

Strong computer skills
Previous track record in estate agency
Experience attending and winning market appraisals
Ability to work as a Team Player
Excellent Communication Skills

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:

Attend Valuations and Secure instructions for the branch
Book and attend Viewing Appointments
Negotiate offers
Keep vendors fully informed throughout the entire process
