Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our client based in Tring.
Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000
Duties:
- Receiving incoming invoices from clients and submitting to clients for approval and PO requests.
- Raising sales invoices to send to clients
- Dealing with pre-event contracts checking
- Dealing with pre-event prepayment using funds and credit cards for deposits.
- Dealing with payments using client corporate credit cards
- Calculating and agreeing commission for events
- Raising PO requests
- Deducting agreed commissions
Requirements:
- Detailed knowledge of accounting 1-2 years
- Experience using Sage
- Confident in using Excel
