Supply Desk is seeking a committed and skilled SEN Teacher for a full-time, long-term position at a supportive and inclusive primary/secondary school in Tring. Role Details:

Full-time position working with SEN students within a mainstream setting across Key Stages 1-4.
Long-term role with opportunities for career progression.
Plan and deliver individualised learning strategies for students with SEN, including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties.
Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to implement effective intervention strategies and Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment that supports academic and personal development.
Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students overcome barriers to learning.
Monitor and assess students’ progress, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Has experience teaching and supporting students with SEN in a mainstream school.
Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills and the ability to differentiate lessons to suit individual needs.
Is passionate about inclusive education and ensuring all students receive the support they need to succeed.
Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with students, staff, and parents.
Is flexible, patient, and committed to ensuring every student reaches their full potential.
