We are looking for a Management Accountant to join a team based in Troon, Ayrshire.
This is a full-time role working Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, and 9.00am - 4.00pm each Friday.
The role is for an initial 6 months at a pro-rated salary of £30,000.
The ideal candidate will have prior accounting experience, knowledge of Excel, attention to detail, and written and oral communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the management accounting team with the preparation of the monthly management accounts for various group entities.
- Assisting the management accounting team with the management of the fixed asset register.
- Assisting the management accounting team with balance sheet and profit and loss reconciliations.
- Liaising with auditors.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across all departments.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
