Pastry chef/baker required to be part of a busy large kitchen team dealing with award winning restaurants and function business in a 5-star hotel. Enthusiastic and experienced person with a good all-round knowledge of all aspects of a pastry department, making desserts and afternoon tea delicacies. Competent in organisational skills, hygiene work practices, stock control and being part of a professional team.
