Are you a Junior Mechanical Fitter looking to join a thriving multinational business who will offer you overtime to boost your earnings, half the year off and extensive training?

On offer is the opportunity to join a thriving manufacturing powerhouse that is based across Scotland and Northern Ireland. For over 100 years they have provided a range of premium products to blue-chip industries across the UK and Ireland.

This role will involve maintenance and operation of the companies CHP plant. You will be responsible for routine maintenance activities to ensure the plant runs to optimum efficiency. Loading fuel into the system using bucket loaders, using the computer to monitor the process and taking samples where necessary.

This role would suit a Junior Mechanical Engineer looking to work within an exciting and varied role where you will be offered excellent training on operations of a CHP plant, lots o overtime to boost your earnings and progression to Senior roles.

THE ROLE * Routine Maintenance of Valves, Heat Exchangers and Filters * Using bucket loaders to load fuel into the system * Using the computer to send operational reports* Taking samples * 4 days on, 4 days off rotating Days and Nights

THE PERSON * Familiarity with Heat Exchangers and valves * Knowledge of rotating equipment* Happy working in an industrial environment* Commutable to Troon
