SRS Partnershipare currently looking for an Internal Salesperson/Account Manager to join their clients existing sales team at their Troon manufacturing facility where you will contribute to the companys continued growth and investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management of your own portfolio of existing customers - repeat and new business sales calls to an established customer base.
- Working closely with the sales team ensuring targets are achieved.
- Record all relevant market information into CRM.
- Co-ordinate sales requirements with the production department.
- Resolving customer queries and issues.
About You
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar internal sales role.
- You should be highly motivated with a huge desire to upsell and business develop.
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Knowledge of working with an ERP system for order processing would be an advantage but not essential
