Are you looking to join a well-established privately owned who have employee at the forefront of the business?This independent developer have a reputation for building striking bespoke residential developments in the South West. They have a large client base and a strong pipeline of work due to their professionalism and quality. This company love to work on diverse developments each being designed individually to the local area. They prioritise quality in each of their builds with each house being finished to a high specification. They have two upcoming new build developments varying from 4 plots to 31 plots and there for are looking for an experience Site Manager to join their Team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager to join a renowned developer with the chance to work on once in a lifetime developments to be proud of, with future progression for the right person.Reporting to the Project Manager you will be working on a development in either Bath or Bratton, you're roles and responsibilities will include, creating project programmes and schedules, managing site staff, liaising with design and commercial teams, ensuring health and safety is being adhered to on site. You will be a key part in the project, leading the team to completion of the project.The ideal candidate will have previous site management experience in the residential sector, preferably working for a smaller more bespoke housebuilder with an eye for detail and a passion for building quality developments.The role:

  • Working on small residential Developments
  • Overseeing Site ensure projects being delivered safety, on time and to budget restrictions
  • Ensuring Health and Safety on sites is at the highest quality
  • Sub-contractor management

The person:

  • Site Management experience
  • Experience working on higher end projects
  • Residential new build experience
  • SMSTS, First Aid, UK driving license
