Juice Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, innovative organisation in their search for a Project Manager to oversee the execution of exhibition and event stand projects.

This role offers the chance to manage a wide variety of projects from concept through to on-site completion, working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver an exceptional final product.

You don't need to have events-based experience, but we are keen to speak with anyone who has strong project management experience with Prince 2 or similar, working to hard deadlines in a physical product-based environment, can think outside of the box, adapt their communication style and has excellent mental agility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Lead the end-to-end project process, coordinating internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure flawless execution.
  • Timeline & Budget Management: Develop detailed project plans, ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget, and manage resource allocation effectively.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments to minimise project risks, ensuring a proactive approach to potential challenges.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining positive relationships and keeping them informed on project progress.
  • Inventory Tracking & Logistics: Oversee inventory, submit purchase orders, and coordinate logistics for projects.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring transparent communication and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with project management tools and software
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification or similar
  • Team Player: A collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
