Direct Response Employment Services is delighted to be supporting an award winning local client of ours in the recruitment of a technical administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
Working within the service department you will be supporting the client services manager your primary role will be to assemble and organise client policy information at the necessary points in a clients journey, supporting paraplanners and advisors on a day to day basis.
- Correspond with policy providers on behalf of the client.
- General liaison with the client.
- Submit any new business on behalf of the client.
- Facilitate the annual review process of our clients.
- Process new client information in preparation for their first report meeting.
- Provide clients with an overview to their investment performance. (Training will be provided)
- General admin duties.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills with experience of working within the financial sector.
If you have experience of working within pensions, investments, or insurance of have financial technical knowledge we would love to hear from you.
Along with experience we are looking for someone who is motivated and posses excellent communication skills, remaining professional and has the ability to work within a team environment.
On Offer:
- 25,000 - 30,000 depending on experience.
- 23 days holiday increasing with service to 25 plus bank holidays with the option to sell or buy holiday.
