Fund Governance Manager

Location: Wiltshire (Hybrid - 50% office attendance required)Hours: 37 per weekSalary: £50,788 - £52,805 per annum

Are you an experienced Fund Governance professional looking for a challenging role in a large, complex organisation? We are seeking a Fund Governance Manager to join our team in Wiltshire, playing a key role in ensuring effective governance and compliance within our organisation.

As a Fund Governance Manager, you will:

• Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to colleagues to ensure team-wide success.
• Monitor the quality and quantity of work within the team, ensuring high standards are met.
• Lead on complex projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Stay up to date with policy, legislation, and emerging developments in fund governance.
• Use your strong negotiation and influencing skills to engage with key stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/skills.
• Relevant professional qualifications/licences.
• Substantial experience as an expert in a large, complex organisation.
• Extensive knowledge of local government operations and external sector influences.
• Excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft applications and specialist systems.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
