Are you an experienced Fund Governance professional looking for a challenging role in a large, complex organisation? We are seeking a Fund Governance Manager to join our team in Wiltshire, playing a key role in ensuring effective governance and compliance within our organisation.
About the RoleAs a Fund Governance Manager, you will:
- Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to colleagues to ensure team-wide success.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of work within the team, ensuring high standards are met.
- Lead on complex projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Stay up to date with policy, legislation, and emerging developments in fund governance.
- Use your strong negotiation and influencing skills to engage with key stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/skills.
- Relevant professional qualifications/licences.
- Substantial experience as an expert in a large, complex organisation.
- Extensive knowledge of local government operations and external sector influences.
- Excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft applications and specialist systems.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
