Are you an experienced Fund Governance professional looking for a challenging role in a large, complex organisation? We are seeking a Fund Governance Manager to join our team in Wiltshire, playing a key role in ensuring effective governance and compliance within our organisation.

About the Role

As a Fund Governance Manager, you will:

  • Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to colleagues to ensure team-wide success.
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of work within the team, ensuring high standards are met.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/skills.
  • Relevant professional qualifications/licences.
  • Substantial experience as an expert in a large, complex organisation.
  • Extensive knowledge of local government operations and external sector influences.
  • Excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft applications and specialist systems.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
