A highly reputable and well-respected boutique financial planning practice in Trowbridge is looking for a Financial Services Administrator / Financial Planning Administrator to join their team. This firm is an established and highly regarded name within the industry, working exclusively with High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients across the local region. They have built a strong reputation for delivering bespoke financial planning solutions, exceptional client service, and maintaining the highest professional standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a team of Paraplanners, Financial Advisers, and clients, playing a key role in delivering exceptional financial planning support.

The Role:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
  • Manage client records and process new business applications.
  • Liaise with clients and providers to ensure smooth workflow and outstanding service.
  • Assist with client reviews, document preparation, and compliance support.
  • Handle client queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Support financial planning processes and ensure regulatory requirements are met.

About You:

  • Experience in financial planning administration is preferred, though candidates with broader financial services experience will be considered.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
