IFA Administrator

Sales Support Administrator or recent graduate required for a busy and growing financial planning company. Do you have exceptional, presentation, communication and organisational skills?. If you have experience in financial services and are looking for a dynamic role, wed love to hear from you. We will alsoconsider recent graduateswith a finance or economics degree who demonstrate the right potential and attitude and are keen to pursue a career in financial planning.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks within the service department.

  • Assemble and organise client policy information.
  • Correspond with policy providers and clients.
  • Submit new business.
  • Facilitate the annual review process for clients.
  • Process new client information for report meetings.
  • Use Analytics, Prestwood, and Microsoft Office to provide clients with investment performance overviews (training provided).
  • Basic administrative duties.

Essential Skills

  • Preferred: 3+ years in administration within the financial sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctual, reliable, and dependable.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle a busy environment.
  • Superb customer service skills and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong IT skills in MS Word and Excel.

Additional Information

The annual salary depends on your level of experience, additional discretionary bonus, Monday to Friday, office based.
