Salary: £110 - £160 per day - depending on qualification and experience

I am hiring for a secondary school in Trowbridge who are looking for Cover Supervisor staff that can support on a casual basis covering teachers. The school is a dynamic 11-19 school committed to delivering a high-quality curriculum that builds on prior learning, sets high expectations, and prepares students for bright futures. Our Cover Supervisors play a vital role in schools, whether on a day to day, long-term or permanent basis. The role of a Cover Supervisor doesn’t include planning and preparation, however strong communication and classroom management skills are a must.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
- Experience working in schools or with children in similar roles
- Be confident in their ability to manage a class of students within the age range 11 to 16+
- Be able to manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged
- Be flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different age ranges daily
