?Private Client Paralegal


Our highly-reputable client are currently recruiting for an experienced fee earner with 3 years+ experience to cover a full caseload of probate, will drafting, tax planning, Court of Protection and Power of Attorney work.


You will be a confident biller, working alongside and supporting the Private Client Department throughout.


As a Private Client Paralegal, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • To manage a varied caseload in Wills, LPAs and Estate Planning work and have an entrepreneur mindset.
  • To ensure the highest level of professional standards and client care are provided at all times;
  • To process timely transactions and effect financial controls for matters;
  • To ensure good file management and administration with department files well ordered, clear and complying with regulatory and office requirements.

They are a firm that will look to support and develop your career from day one and this is a unique proposition for the right individual to build upon their existing skill set in place. They will look to provide a starting salary of between £27,000 - £30,000 for the position and this will be reviewed, once established.
