Job Description:Academics LTD is seeking a Sports Graduate for a secondary school in Trowbridge. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, with the chance to work as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant. Support students academically and in physical education, helping them excel both in and out of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students and manage classroom behaviour
- Assist in PE and sports lessons, covering pre-assigned classes
- Provide support across KS3 and KS4, building positive student relationships
- Set up lessons, equipment, and assist with practical activities
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in sports, PE, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Experience with young people is a plus
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Passion for sports and supporting student development
- Flexible in covering various roles (Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant)
