Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Patient Coordinator to join our team. As the Patient Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to contact patients to conduct stock checks on their food supply. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

  • Make outbound calls to patients to inquire about their current food supply.
  • Conduct stock checks to assess the availability of essential food items.
  • Record and update information accurately in the database.
  • Provide empathetic and supportive communication to patients during calls.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock assessments.

Profile

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Empathetic and patient-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call handling preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications and data entry skills.
