I'm recruiting for a skilled Software Business Analyst to join my client's team. While the team primarily operates remotely, we're looking for someone comfortable with going into the office in Central Trowbridge once a week.

In this role, you'll be working as a Business Analyst in part of a collaborative tech team of around 20, focused on developing and refining internal software and systems used by the company and their clients. You'll join a dedicated team of 4 Business Analysts, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables align with the company's diverse functional needs.

Key responsibilities include gathering and analysing requirements, writing clear user stories, and writing g test cases. You'll play a crucial role in supporting development teams, keeping projects on track, and delivering impactful solutions. Projects may range from small system updates to larger-scale initiatives, offering variety and the chance to make a tangible impact across the organization.

Their ideal person will have as many of the following as possible;

  • Experience working as a Software Business Analyst with great communication skills and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft stack like Azure DevOp or Dynamics 365 would be useful
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Jira highly desirable
  • Experience running workshops and , gathering both functional and non-functional requirements, and producing user stories.
  • Experience leading UAT
  • Strong collaboration skills to support both internal departments and external customers
  • Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering and process improvement for tools that serve both internal staff and customers

Salary is up to £46,700 plus great benefits.
