Are you a Application Support Engineer looking to join an well established and flourishing business that offers best in class training from industry experts?

Do you want to join a company who provide specialist software solutions to the Automotive industry where they are looking to invest, develop and grow the newest members of the team?

This company are looking for someone that can become one of the key foundations of the business after a successful spin off from a large 300 seat company and have had a fantastic decade, they are now overwhelmed with work and looking to expand.

This business offer 1 on 1 training from industry leading experts and are happy to provide external courses to aid your development.

This role would suit a recent graduate or someone who is motivated, driven and looking for development and training within the automotive software space in a tightknit agile business.

THE ROLE:

  • Progressing customer orders (in terms of hardware, software, and services availability)
  • Provide ongoing remote support to customers via telephone, email, and internet
  • Assist with (and ultimately lead) customer training sessions
  • Performance testing / calibration of produced hardware modules

THE PERSON

  • Interest in working in the Automotive industry
  • Computer Science/Mathematics/Physics background
  • Live locally to Trowbridge
