Miles Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter working on a range of heavy/light
agricultural plant and equipment for a continuously growing company based in Wiltshire.
As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will primarily be working from a provided service van, working on a wide variety of construction and agricultural machinery. Additional duties can include:
- Component replacement / repair.
- Some workshop duties.
- Carrying out inspections whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Liaising with the parts department for jobs, ensuring the correct billing and customer invoices.
It is vital in this Mobile Plant Fitter position that you have experience in the fields of repair and maintenance in the
agricultural/construction industry. Other important skills and experience includes:
- Having relevant qualifications/ experience for the role.
- Experience using service diagnostic software.
- Computer literate, with confidence to use tablets/ computer software.
- Be confident to work unaided and use initiative to solve problems.
- Safe operation of plant machinery to complete tasks.
