This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to cover the full range of corporate and commercial work in a dynamic and supportive environment.About the Role:As a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality legal advice and services to a diverse range of clients. You will handle a varied caseload that includes mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, business sales and purchases, commercial contracts, and more.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a Diverse Caseload: Handle a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and business sales.
  • Client-Focused Service: Provide clear, practical, and commercially sound legal advice to clients across various sectors.
  • Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and contracts tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Collaborative Working: Work closely with colleagues across the firm to provide seamless client service and explore cross-referral opportunities.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all work complies with legal regulations and industry standards.
About You:
  • Experienced Professional: 3+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law with a proven track record of managing a broad caseload.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with the ability to deliver practical and commercially focused advice.
  • Client-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
