You could have come from any level of firm - Top 500, Regional, high street. What is important here is your motivation and desire to be a go to person for Corporate and Commercial Law and there is plenty of business available.
You can expect to advise on a varied caseload including mixed value including business start ups, purchase and disposal of businesses, commercial contracts, partnership and shareholder agreements and much more.
You will be commercially aware, able to present, negotiate, get to know your clients and be motivated by providing a comprehensive range of advice.
 Applications from relocators will be considered but you should be able to live and work in the Wiltshire area. Ideally you'll have upwards of 3 years PQE having made an impact elsewhere.
