Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will oversee the procurement lifecycle across direct services and lead a small but dynamic team of procurement professionals.

Previous experience with the procurement of breakdown and repair services, vehicle acquisition and hire, and spare parts would be highly beneficial for this role.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week required on-site in Wiltshire.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to thrive in a competitive, target-driven industry.
  • People management experience with a passion for developing and inspiring your team.
  • CIPS qualifications (or a desire to complete them) are ideal but not essential.
  • Automotive, fleet management, or vehicle leasing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to bring innovation and fresh ideas to procurement processes.
This is an exciting time to become part of an organisation that is leading the way in delivering sustainability initiatives and innovative solutions for its customers.

You’ll benefit from:
  • Competitive salary up to £80,000 with a strong bonus structure.

  • Up to 10% employer pension contribution
  • Private healthcare and extensive wellbeing support
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements
  • Investment in your development, including CIPS qualification support
