Are you a Contract Manager working within the Hard Services Facilities Management or Engineering Maintenance industry and looking for a new exciting opportunity based in the Wiltshire area. 

This Facilities Services provider to the commercial building maintenance sector are opening a brand new office in Trowbridge and are looking for 2 Contract Manages to run the region.

1 - Planned Maintenance Contract Manager to look after all the Planned Maintenance and Statutory Compliance on a large portfolio of sites across the Wiltshire region. 

1 - Reactive Maintenance Contract Manager to look after the reactive works and minor works projects within the contract. 

As Contract Manager you will be responsible for the service delivery of the contract dealing with both the client and engineering work force on a day to day basis. 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Implementing, managing and maintaining in-house QMS & documentation system

• Implementation of audit program and conducting HS / QA audits with the customer, and Surveyors

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) as well as attention to detail

• The ability to work well under pressure and hit deadlines

• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Good IT Skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel)

• Knowledge and familiarisation of Technical Memorandums

• Keeping internal data bases up to date

• Work closely with Senior Managers / Supervisors

• Familiar with CAFM systems (i.e. Job Logic)

• Accredited courses such as NEBOSH General, and Internal Auditor training supplemented by experience gained whilst working in similar position

• Coordinating all internal audit and compliance processes (i.e. RAM’s), monitor the progression of recommended actions, provide practical advice to all staff on compliance related issues

• Identify where training on compliance guidelines are required

• Staff recruitment

• Client Debt management.

• Take responsibility for reviewing and updating internal processes / SOP’s

• Frequent auditing of FM controlled areas

• Out of hours support for the on call team via escalation process

• Managing compliance and maintenance sub-contractors.

Technical Skills / Knowledge Qualifications & Experience:

Qualifications: - Formal Mechanical, or Electrical background

Nebosh general Professional Membership - desirable 

Any professional Health, Safety, Compliance or FM qualification
