Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Outbound Call Handler to join our team. As a Call Handler, your primary responsibility will be to contact patients to conduct stock checks on their food supply. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

  • Make outbound calls to patients to inquire about their current food supply.
  • Conduct stock checks to assess the availability of essential food items.
  • Record and update information accurately in the database.
  • Provide empathetic and supportive communication to patients during calls.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock assessments.

Profile

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Empathetic and patient-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call handling preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications and data entry skills.
