A friendly one-form entry school in Trowbridge is on the lookout for a dedicated and energetic Year 4 teacher. This role starts in Term 3 and will be on a contract basis initially, but there is the potential for a permanent position if you’re seeking a longer-term opportunity.

Role Overview:

• Role: Year 4 Teacher
• Location: 1-form entry school in Trowbridge
• Start Date: Term 3 - January
• Contract: Temporary with the potential to become permanent
• Position Type: Full-time (job share/part-time considered)
• Salary: Paid to scale, based on experience
   

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Possess a valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to undergo the process)
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (for overseas candidates, ENIC recognition and right to work are required)
• Be a reflective, empathetic, and engaging practitioner, passionate about making a real impact on pupils' lives
• Have high expectations for every pupil, with confidence in using effective classroom management strategies
• Build strong rapport with students, staff, and the wider school community
