Sales Negotiator • 22k-24k Basic • 30k-32k OTE • Trowbridge • Independent Agency • Career Progression • Industry Development Leading Independent Estate Agency is looking for a motivated Sales Negotiatorto operate within Trowbridge. Joining a successful team, you will bring your estate agency experience and passion for property combined with your exceptional customer service skills to 'add value' and to grow the sales department. You will be encouraged and supported to progress your career within this well known brand that offers excellent rewards and benefits. Responsibilities for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

Market Appraisal generation
Registering and assisting purchasers with viewings
Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback
Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline
Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments

Skills & Experience for this Sales Negotiator role:

Some property experience preferred but not essential
Comfortable working with targets
Enjoy working with autonomy as well being part of a larger team
Drive and ambition to 'add value'
