Job Title:Technical Administrator
Location:Trowbridge, Wiltshire (Office Based)
Starting Salary:£27,000 - £31,000 (depending on experience) plus discretionary quarterly bonus

Our client is a highly personalised Wealth Management company that specialises in giving expert financial planning advice to Dentists, Business Owners, and Private Clients. Theyare seeking a dedicated full-time Technical Administrator to join theirfriendly, busy, and vibrant Service Team.

Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years' experience working for an IFA, in a technical team within financial services, or in an administration role within pensions, investments, or insurance.
RO1, CF1, FA1 or equivalent qualification is essential; experience within a Financial Planning Firm is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
Motivated, friendly, and professional attitude.
Punctual, reliable, and dependable.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills with colleagues, clients, and providers.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with discretion and sensitivity.

Proactive and responsive attitude to delegated tasks.
Strong IT skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Professional telephone manner and superb customer service skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Assemble and organise client policy information to support Paraplanners and Advisors.
Correspond with policy providers on behalf of clients.
Act as a liaison with clients and manage client communications.
Submit new business applications on behalf of clients.
Facilitate the annual client review process.
Process new client information in preparation for their first report meeting.
Utilise Analytics, Prestwood, and Microsoft Office to provide clients with investment performance overviews (training provided).
Perform basic administrative duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be smartly presented and possess first-rate communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing them to liaise confidently with clients and providers. While qualifications such as RO1, CF1, FA1, or equivalents are advantageous, experience within a Financial Planning Firm is highly desirable.
