We are representing a client who is seeking a dedicated Secretary to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to their residential conveyancing team. This role is perfect for someone who has a professional approach and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Audio typing, preparing, and amending draft documents.
  • Opening files and sending initial letters.
  • Providing clients with quotes and preparing completed files for storage.
  • Making and receiving telephone calls, and dealing with clients both in person and on the telephone.
  • Making appointments, assisting with queries, and providing reception cover as needed during holiday and sickness.
  • Liaising with the Accounts department to obtain cheques, print-outs, and other necessary documents.
  • Collaborating with other staff members as appropriate.
  • Performing general filing, photocopying, and other duties as required by the fee earners.
  • Carrying out all other general clerical duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent presentation and a professional approach to clients and colleagues.
  • Good telephone manner and strong organisational abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all clients and staff.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
