Job Title: Care Worker
Salary: 13.00 - 13.40 per hour
13.00 Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm, Weekday evenings/Weekends at 13.40 per hour
Location: Trowbridge
Role: Permanent with both Full-Time and Part-Time with days, evening and weekend hours available.
This is a Community-Based Role so access to a car and full clean UK License is required.

A major part of this role will be traveling within the community setting so you will have to be flexible and reliable.

Accountabilities within the role:
- Delivering The Highest Standard of Quality Care to ALL service users including; supporting service users to lead an independent life, provide personal care and support, prepare meals whilst ensuring a balanced diet, support with household tasks such as cleaning.
- Supporting the Company Office and its performance including ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Supporting stakeholders and their requirements
About You:
If you do not have any experience - We offer a full induction training programme and ongoing support. Our focus is on hiring caring, empathetic people, so you'll be evaluated on competencies and skills as well as prior experience.
As the position involves working in people homes out in the community, so you will need a car and driving license.
- Ability to show empathy.
- Accurate record keeping, organised and good at keeping up with admin.
- Ability to work as a team as well as alone.
- Good comprehension of the English language and communication skill.
- Ability to empower those around you and that you're caring for.
- Able to carry out moving and positioning techniques.
