As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to individuals on their journey to recovery. You will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team and make a tangible impact on the lives of those in our care. Responsibilities will include delivering high-quality support, conducting assessments, and facilitating group sessions. Your empathy and strong communication skills will be key in building positive relationships with service users and empowering them to achieve their recovery goals.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience working in a similar role within the substance misuse sector
  • Strong understanding of key issues related to substance misuse and recovery
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely records
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualification in health and social care or a related field
  • Additional training in substance misuse and recovery support
  • Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance
