Sonic Summary

Our client, a Hertfordshire-based Social Housing Contractor, is seeking two experienced Labourers for a project in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
The role involves external refurbishment of facades on social housing properties and requires a valid CSCS card.
Candidates must have recent work references for similar roles and be capable of performing various labouring tasks, including using hand-held grinders and hammer drills.
This position offers an immediate start and is expected to last for approximately three months.
Salary details are not specified, but candidates should ideally have prior experience in similar construction roles.

Our Client a Hertfordshire based Social Housing Contractor currently seeking x2 experienced Labourers for one of their projects in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

The work itself is the external refurbishment of the Facades of Social housing properties.

It is essential that you hold a CSCS card and can provide recent work references for similar work undertook.

Duties will include:

Taking out old pointing on face brickwork
Breaking old brickwork
Using Hand held Grinders
Using Hammer Drills
Working off of Scaffolds
All other Labouring duties as instructed

This is an immediate start for the right candidates and will potentially run for the next 3 months
