Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with UK GAAP.
• Manage bookkeeping, VAT returns, and payroll services for clients.
• Provide management accounts and business performance advice.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a range of SME clients.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Support junior staff with their development and training.

Key Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
• Experience working in an accountancy practice.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and management accounting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
