Job Purpose
- Manage and develop the tax provision, overseeing service delivery.
- Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships.
- Review efficiencies and recommend new processes to improve workflow.
- Drive the tax function’s strategic direction by scoping new business opportunities and identifying new service lines for the existing portfolio.

- CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified or equivalent with extensive tax experience in practice.
- Strong business development skills and a passion to drive business growth.
- Previous supervisory experience with great people management skills.
- Adept at building trusted relationships within a client facing role.
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge.
- Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire those around you.
