My client is looking for an agency assistant to join their growing team! This is a great opportunity to join a busy and dynamic team where you can grow and develop. This opportunity offers progression into a fee earning position for the right candidate.

Role and Responsibilities:

Tasks:

  • Arranging viewings
  • Conducting viewings
  • Reporting offers received to the agents
  • Producing enquiry schedules and marketing updates
  • Liaising with Agency Administrator to request updates to Rightmove listings.
  • Updating brochures and pilot with rent/price reductions and mailing out.
  • Collecting comparable information as directed by agents.
  • Producing Heads of Terms
  • Ordering boards.
  • Undertake the Agency Administrators tasks when they are not working for their local team.
  • Releasing keys as required and following procedure.

Experience:

  • Extremely confident phone manner – able to discuss properties and input requirements effectively into pilot, following training.
  • Very good IT skills – working knowledge of Office 365 to enable formatting in word, excel and powerpoint.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • Enjoys working in a team.
  • Able to deal with a fast paced environment.
  • Previous experience within a property business preferred but not essential.
  • Previous secretarial or administrative experience is essential.
  • Driving licence and car to undertake viewings.

You will be paid for your work mileage.
