Our clientis seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join their team in Cornwall. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing complex care client caseloads, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery and staff support across the entire region.

- Out-of-hours working may be required occasionally to manage staff observations, competencies, and mobilise new care packages.
What you'll do:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight: Lead and manage complex care client caseloads, ensuring safe and competent practice by the care team.
- Quality assurance: Collaborate with the Operations Manager (OM) to implement an effective quality assurance program and work towards a 'Good' CQC rating.
- Service development: Support service improvement initiatives, participate in policy development, and work with the OM to expand complex care provision.
- Care management: Conduct initial assessments, risk assessments, and reviews for clients. Delegate tasks, provide clinical knowledge to the office team, and advocate for service users.
- Staff management: Arrange and conduct staff supervisions, identify training needs, mentor and upskill care teams, ensuring staff competency and compliance.
- Service delivery: Deliver person-centered care that promotes independence, choice, and dignity. Participate in shared on-call duties when needed.
- Administration: Maintain accurate records, utilize electronic systems, and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements.
- Promote organizational values: Champion our core values and contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.
What you'll bring:
- A valid Adult Nursing qualification with an active NMC pin.
- Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
- Previous experience in a community care setting.
- Proven ability to manage diverse patient needs (acute & chronic).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of best practice, regulatory standards, and safeguarding procedures.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Full UK driving license and own transport as travel around Cornwall will be required
- Flexible working approach and ability to work occasional weekends/out-of-hours when required.
