This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a broad range of projects, from heritage restorations to modern commercial and bespoke residential schemes. You’ll work across all RIBA stages in a flexible, collaborative environment where development and progression are genuinely supported.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion
  • Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Prepare and oversee planning, tender, and construction packages
  • Deliver high-quality, compliant design and technical documentation
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on design and detailing
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve issues during construction
Requirements:
  • ARB / RIBA registered or recently qualified Architect
  • Solid UK experience across different sectors, ideally including conservation
  • Excellent technical and design ability
  • Proficiency in Revit is preferred, AutoCAD will be considered
  • Confident communicator and team player
