As Area Sales Manager, you will build and nurture relationships with salon owners and managers across your territory, becoming their trusted advisor and helping them grow their businesses. Your role will be varied and rewarding, including:
- Managing an existing portfolio of salon accounts while actively developing new business opportunities
- Implementing effective sales strategies to increase product distribution and market share
- Creating and delivering salon training programs covering retail techniques, marketing strategies, merchandising, and staff incentives
- Promoting and selling academy education courses to salons within your territory
- Working collaboratively with branch managers to identify growth opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Representing the full product portfolio including furniture and beauty offerings
- A natural talent for building relationships and a genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
- A results-driven attitude with strong commercial acumen
- Effective time management and organisational capabilities
