Select arerecruiting for an Area Sales Manager to join our client's dynamic sales team covering the South-West territory. This is an exceptional opportunity for either:
  • A Hair and beauty professionallooking to leverage their industry knowledge, educate their customers building trust quickly and transition into a rewarding sales career
  • Experienced sales professionals with a passion for the hair and beauty sector wanting to build a long-term career in this thriving industry
The successful region has a proven track record of growth and offers the right candidate an established client base alongside significant new business potential.

As Area Sales Manager, you will build and nurture relationships with salon owners and managers across your territory, becoming their trusted advisor and helping them grow their businesses. Your role will be varied and rewarding, including:
  • Managing an existing portfolio of salon accounts while actively developing new business opportunities
  • Implementing effective sales strategies to increase product distribution and market share
  • Creating and delivering salon training programs covering retail techniques, marketing strategies, merchandising, and staff incentives
  • Promoting and selling academy education courses to salons within your territory
  • Working collaboratively with branch managers to identify growth opportunities and achieve sales targets
  • Representing the full product portfolio including furniture and beauty offerings
