MARKETING MANAGER: YOUR ROLE

As the Marketing Manager, your aim is to take a professional, proactive and measurable approach to marketing and communications and to identify ways to strengthen the brand, convey the key message and engage with existing and new audiences.

The role will require flexibility and tenacity, attention to detail, the ability to work in a team and autonomously.

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in leading all marketing activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION - MARKETING MANAGER

Reporting to: Co-Founders

Working with: Internal: Co-Founders, Financial Director, Sales Department, Development Department, Planning Department, Group Operation Manager, Graphic Designer, Partner Relations, HR Manager.

External: PR Contacts

Main Objectives

As our Marketing Manager, you will have:

  • Experience in marketing property (residential). You will be a confident person and creative thinker who is ready to push the boundaries and take Verto to the next level.
  • A track record of executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Digital marketing expertise, use of HubSpot or similar CRM, Canva and all social media platforms.
  • Experience in the creation and execution of tracked marketing campaigns across all channels with regular reporting and optimisation.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategy.
  • Excellent copywriting skills to create a constant flow of content.
  • Strategic content planning, working with designer to create assets.
  • Sales focused planning expertise to generate leads via marketing campaigns.
  • Collaboration skills to communicate with the sales team to reach targets.
  • Be naturally creative, innovative and ready to challenge the founders to think differently and elevate the Verto brand.

Key responsibilities:

The following list of duties and responsibilities is intended to reflect the principal elements of the Executive Assistant role only and is therefore not exhaustive;

  • Strategically plan marketing for Verto per annum and per quarter with measurable goals and regular reporting
  • Collaborate with sales team to drive growth and generate leads
  • Plan content for marketing across all channels (Email, social, sales collateral and out of home)
  • Work with PR contacts to promote appropriate content in the local and national press
  • Manage and build relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and agencies.
  • Manage designer and freelance creative team when required including scoping, project management and briefing, ensuring all projects are delivered to a high quality, within a specified timeframe and budget
  • Work with freelance developer to ensure website is up to date
  • Collaborate with the sales, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Manage WordPressCMS of website to upload articles, new development pages and regular content refresh
  • Manage social media accounts for LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Instagram with tailored TOV and content as per audience segmentation
  • Work with the HR team to curate a culture of togetherness and community. Put a face to the name via social media.
  • Work with co-founders and sales team to execute development sales campaigns which will include naming, design, sales collateral and execution of online and offline campaign
  • Have up to date insight of the market, competition and wider macro trends to ensure they stay ten steps ahead and maintain trailblazing and innovative position
  • Actively seek awards to enter and manage the process
  • Collaborate with the co-founders to get the story out there
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects where required
