NonStop Care is working with a well-established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the South West. This agency follows a therapeutic fostering model and is dedicated to providing high-quality support to children, young people, and foster carers.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of 25 staff across two offices (Exeter & Truro).
  • Work closely with two experienced Team Managers for support.
  • Be the Ofsted Registered Manager, driving the service from Good to Outstanding.
  • Manage 123 foster families across Cornwall and Devon.
  • Shape and grow the fostering service while ensuring compliance with fostering regulations.

Requirements
  • Must be a Registered Fostering Manager or Service Manager with fostering experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Fostering Regulations and Ofsted requirements.
  • Social Work England Registration and Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete within a year).
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
