Resident Liaison Officer – TruroA market leading Property Services contractor are looking for a Resident Liaison Officerto join their team on a permanent basis. This well-established company’s portfolio offers a full spectrum of property services including: Planned and Project works in Painting, Roofing, Flooring, Passive and Active Fire Protection, Kitchen and Bathroom Replacements across sectors including Social Housing, Defence, Local Authority, Healthcare, Education, Retail and Leisure, Commercial and Industrial.The purpose of this position, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and service teams, ensuring clear and effective communication, provide feedback to management on service improvements based on client feedback.Responsibilities:
  • Manage residents’ expectations, rearrangement or postponement of works
  • Manage access notifications and appointments
  • Customer Complaints and issue resolution
  • Delivery of customer survey process via door-to-door surveys and telephone surveys
  • Log and update Quality Plans that are sent to clients
  • Aid with administration duties in relation to the project
  • Communicate with site staff and clients
  • Support with Community Projects
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role within construction
  • Outstanding Customer Care skills including negotiation and listening skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • IT Skills/Understanding of EXCEL and WORD
  • High level or accuracy and attention to detail
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
  • Minimum GCSE English and Maths at Grade C (or equivalent)
This position includes a mix of home working with sites visits to West Cornwall and with occasional Exeter office attendance.
