We are looking for Customer Experience Officers for a temp to perm position in Truro, to start in immediately.

Hours: 35 hours per week ( working from home)

Rate: £15.34-19/h

Successful candidate will be working in Customer Access & Digital Services and will support the centralisation of the Directorate feedback process.

The main purpose of the role:

  • Delivering consistent response to residents
  • Investigating and responding to complaints within agreed policies and practices
  • Coordinating and responding to multi-service requests
  • Researching, collating and analysing data to produce reports and presentations
  • Making decisions within own area of work
  • Managing the filing and storage systems
  • Providing support and advice to other members of staff in their feedback related duties

Experience / Requirements:

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft package
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to source, analyse and evaluate data to share with colleagues
  • High standards of writing skills with ability to write customer-centred responses
  • Negotiating and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding how the Local Government works and the sector in which Directorate operates
  • NVQ or equivalent in relevant subject, or ability to demonstrate equivalent work based experience
