We are a leading insurance company based in Truro, looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our members and potential customers via telephone, email, and webchat.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails and webchats promptly and efficiently

- Providing friendly and professional assistance to customers with their insurance policies and queries

- Processing payments and policy updates accurately and ensuring all information is entered into the system correctly

- Collaborating with advisors to provide admin support and ensure the smooth running of the department

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience with our company

- Resolving any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

- Staying updated on product knowledge and policies to provide accurate information to customers

- Identifying opportunities to enhance and improve the customer service experience

- Undertaking any additional responsibilities or tasks as required by the team or management

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various computer systems

- A friendly and approachable personality with a genuine desire to help customers

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
