About the Role
As a Drama Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, encourage student creativity, and contribute to the performing arts curriculum. This role begins on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach drama to secondary school students, fostering confidence and creativity
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support student development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the performing arts program
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Passion for drama and the ability to inspire students
- Strong understanding of performance techniques and theatre studies
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Prior experience teaching drama at the secondary level is desirable
